Physician (MD/DO) – Provider/Medical Director

We are seeking a dynamic, experienced Medical Director / Provider to help lead our clinical team and provide expert care to our patients. This role prefers a provider with a strong background in hormone therapy, integrative medicine, and preventive health but we are willing to train the right candidate. The ideal candidate is a compassionate leader, skilled clinician, and strategic thinker committed to advancing patient-centered care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the Medical Director, overseeing clinical operations and ensuring high-quality, compliant care.
• Provide direct patient care, including hormone therapy management, functional medicine consultations, and integrative treatment planning.
• Mentor and support clinical staff, fostering a collaborative and professional environment.
• Stay current on advances in hormone therapy, integrative medicine, and related medical fields.
• Participate in marketing, patient education, and community outreach as needed.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.

Qualifications:

• MD or DO license to practice in Texas.
• Board certification in Obstetrics & Gynecology, Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or related specialty preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of clinical experience, with a focus on gynecology, hormone therapy, functional medicine, or integrative care.
• Leadership or management experience preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Passion for personalized, patient-centered care and holistic health approaches.
