Functional Medicine Physician (MD/DO)

The Center for Fully Functional Health is seeking an MD or DO to join our state-of-the-art Functional & Integrative Medicine practice and MedSpa in Carmel, Indiana.

Position Details:

• Fantastic work-life balance and opportunity for long-term financial stability
• On site Monday through Thursday, 7:30AM to 5PM
• No on call or weekends
• Patient volume averages 32 to 36 patients per week
• Patient population includes adults with acute and chronic health conditions, BHRT, SLIT, and peptides

Qualifications:

• MD or DO and Indiana certification and licensure
• Knowledge of functional medicine and a passion for an integrative approach
• Superior attention to detail and communication
• A positive, problem-solving attitude and strong critical thinking skills

Compensation:

• $300k+ total compensation package
• $150k to $175k base salary, plus performance-based bonuses, vesting/profit sharing, and benefits
