Functional Medicine Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
The Center for Fully Functional Health is seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our state-of-the-art Functional & Integrative Medicine practice and MedSpa in Carmel, Indiana.
Position Details:
- Consistent, thoughtful physician support and professional development
- On site Monday through Thursday, 7:30AM to 5PM
- On call 1-2 weekends per month for direct primary care patients, (average 1 patient call per weekend)
- Patient volume averages 28 to 32 patients per week
- Patient population includes acute and chronic health conditions, BHRT, peptides, and direct primary care
Qualifications:
- For NP candidates: BSN, MSN/DNP, and Indiana NP certification and licensure
- For PA candidates: BS/BN, MPAS/MMS, and Indiana PA certification and licensure
- Knowledge of functional medicine and a passion for an integrative approach
- Superior attention to detail and communication
- A positive, problem-solving attitude and strong critical thinking skills
Compensation:
- $95k to $115k starting, plus quarterly performance-based bonuses

We empower our NP/PA team members to learn and grow professionally, and we believe strongly in the role of an NP/PA as part of a healthy medical ecosystem. Training includes extensive shadowing and support with protocols and creating customized wellness plans, as well as ongoing physician guidance.
