Nutrition Provider Opportunity

Premier Concierge Medicine and Longevity Clinic is seeking a dedicated Provider/Nutritionist (dietician, nutritionist, NP, or PA) to join our team. We’re looking for a professional passionate about cutting-edge health solutions, personalized care, and empowering clients to achieve optimal well-being . We prefer someone who is IFM (Institute for Functional Medicine) or A4M (Advanced Functional Medicine) trained/certified. If you have expertise in functional nutrition and are looking for a practice with true collaboration with the medical providers and share a passion for helping clients achieve optimal health, we want to hear from you!

Key Details:
• Training & Certification: IFM or A4M training preferred.
• Compensation: Negotiable based on experience and credentials.
• Flexibility: Flexible working hours to accommodate your schedule.
• Role: Collaborate with clients to develop personalized nutrition plans that address root causes and promote long-term health. Evaluating and addressing fecal microbiome testing. Close collaboration with medical providers.
