San Francisco Preventive Medical Group (SFPMG)

Full-Time, In-Clinic, Relocation Support Offered

$100,000 – $150,000 a year (DOE)

San Francisco Preventive Medical Group (SFPMG), located in the vibrant West Portal neighborhood of San Francisco, is a leader in integrative and functional medicine—providing cutting-edge, comprehensive care for complex chronic conditions. We are seeking a compassionate, highly skilled, and emotionally attuned Specialty Infusion Nurse (RN) to join our clinic services team.

This role is ideal for a nurse with advanced IV expertise and specialized training in ketamine infusion therapy, who brings not only technical proficiency but a deep understanding of the nuanced art of holding therapeutic space. You’ll play a vital role in delivering next-generation mind-body medicine—administering ketamine with precision, supporting patients through transformative healing experiences, and tailoring dosing in real time based on both physiological and psychological cues. You’ll also support a range of IV therapies, including ozone, SOT, allergy immunotherapy, and vitamin infusions, in addition to lab prep and IM/SQ injections.

At SFPMG, we believe that art, empathy, and science drive breakthrough patient outcomes beyond the conventional. Our multidisciplinary team blends the best of conventional and functional medicine in a collaborative, values-driven environment. With a foundation rooted in compassion, integrity, empowerment, and sustainability, we are more than a clinic—we are a community dedicated to transforming health.

If you’re looking for an exciting opportunity to expand your impact in a forward-thinking, compassionate environment, we invite you to explore what makes our clinic truly exceptional. Join a team where your expertise will be valued, your growth supported, and your contribution deeply meaningful.
