*Commission-Only Sales Person with Functional Medicine Background*
Are you a driven and experienced sales professional with a passion for functional medicine and a track record of success in high-ticket sales? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as a Commission-Only Sales Person. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in connecting with potential clients, understanding their needs, and guiding them toward transformative progressive services.
Role and Responsibilities:
As a Commission-Only Sales Person, your primary responsibility will be to leverage your sales expertise and functional medicine background to attract and convert potential clients into program participants. Your role will include:
- Prospecting: Identifying and reaching out to potential clients (warm leads) who align with our target audience, setting appointments, and demonstrating an understanding of functional medicine principles.
- Consultative Selling: Engaging potential clients in meaningful conversations, understanding their health goals and challenges, and recommending tailored functional medicine coaching solutions.
- Relationship Building: Establishing rapport with potential clients, building trust, and effectively communicating the value of our high-ticket coaching programs.
- Closing Deals: Navigating the sales process with finesse, addressing objections, and ultimately securing clients into our transformative coaching programs.
- Financial Closing: Taking responsibility for the financial close, including collecting and managing financial information, facilitating financing options, completing program enrollment and ensuring smooth and compliant financial transactions.
- Collaboration: Working closely with our marketing, leadership and coaching teams to align messaging, share insights, and continuously refine the sales approach based on client feedback.
Qualifications:
- Proven track record of success in high-ticket sales, preferably in the health, wellness, or coaching industry.
- Background in functional medicine, with a deep understanding of its principles and benefits.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect authentically with clients.
- Strong negotiation and objection-handling abilities.
- Self-motivated and results-driven mindset, thriving in a commission-based environment.
- Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage and track leads and sales activities.
Compensation:
This is a commission-only role with uncapped earning potential. You will earn a generous commission for each successfully closed sale.
