Compensation: $150K total comp (base + performance bonus) + full benefits
Location: Texoma Region, in-clinic role

We’re Pinnacle Integrative Orthopedics, and we’re looking for our next Advanced Practice Provider to join our rapidly growing team that’s rewriting the script on joint pain, hormones, and long-term health.
What You’ll Be Doing:
• Working side-by-side with THE board certified Integrative Orthopedic Surgeon, Dr Joshua Schacter, DO and his amazing functional medicine team
• Treating motivated patients using the Pinnacle Method: root-cause medicine, orthobiologics, functional medicine, and cutting-edge bHRT
• Learning high-level clinical tools like hormone optimization, peptide therapy, regenerative injections, and full-person diagnostics
• Helping patients avoid unnecessary surgery, reduce pain, and actually heal
