Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant – Functional Medicine & BHRT
Remote | Part-Time with Opportunity to Transition to Full-Time | Spanish Required
We are a growing functional medicine, longevity, and hormone optimization practice seeking a highly motivated Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our clinical team in a remote role.
We are ideally looking for someone to start part-time, with the goal of transitioning into a full-time position as the practice continues to grow and the right fit is established.
This position is ideal for a clinician who is passionate about root-cause medicine, hormone optimization, complex chronic illness, and high-touch patient care. Prior training in functional medicine and/or BHRT is highly preferred, but we are also open to the right candidate who is eager to learn, highly detail-oriented, and willing to be trained in our protocols.
Spanish fluency is required, as a significant part of our patient population is Spanish-speaking.

We use advanced lab testing, personalized supplement protocols, lifestyle medicine, peptide therapy when appropriate, compounded medications, and ongoing patient education to help patients improve their health in a structured and sustainable way.
