Part-Time Clinical Support RN / Patient Care Coordinator
On-Site | Monday–Thursday | ~15-20 hours/week

You’ll be a key point of connection for our patients: helping them navigate treatment plans, answering questions, coordinating care, and supporting both clinical and operational flow within the practice.
What You’ll Be Part Of
You’ll work closely with the provider team to create a seamless, high-touch patient experience grounded in functional and integrative medicine.
This role blends clinical care, patient education, coordination, and light operational support—ideal for someone who enjoys both people and process.
What You’ll Help With
This role may include:
- Patient triage and care coordination
- Medication refills and prior authorization support
- Updating supplement and medication plans
- Administering IV therapies
- Assisting with in-office procedures
- Responding to patient portal messages and communications (shared)
- Providing ongoing patient guidance, education, and light coaching
- Supporting relationships with lab companies, pharmaceutical reps, and vendors
- Helping evaluate and integrate new labs, tools, and therapies into the practice
- Support with device-based therapies (e.g., BTL services)
🩺 Your Role in Patient Care
You’ll help bring clarity and structure to what can often feel overwhelming for patients.
- Review patient histories, labs, and treatment plans ahead of visits
- Meet with patients to walk through lab testing, specialty kits, medications, and next steps
- Translate treatment plans into clear, actionable steps patients can follow
- Provide education around supplements, medications, and protocols
- Help patients find and coordinate local or specialty resources
- Perform basic assessments (vitals, intake data, etc.) as needed
- Administer IV therapies per protocol
- Communicate provider updates and adjustments to care plans
Supporting the Patient Journey
- Offer ongoing guidance, follow-up, and encouragement
- Monitor medication response, side effects, and adherence
- Help patients problem-solve barriers to care (cost, access, understanding)
- Coordinate refills and medication logistics
- Ensure patients feel supported—not lost—in their care plan
Clinical & Operational Support
- Document clearly and thoroughly in the EMR
- Respond to portal messages, emails, and voicemails in a timely, thoughtful way
- Prepare charts ahead of visits
- Assist with procedures and clinic flow
- Support special projects and workflow improvements
- Participate in team meetings and clinical discussions
Additional / Backup Support
- Medical record review
- RX line monitoring and refill processing
- Prior authorizations
- Blood draws, specimen processing, and kit preparation
- Inventory and supplement/IV coordination
Compliance & Standards
- Follow all OSHA and HIPAA guidelines
- BLS Certification
- Adhere to Origin Medicine clinical protocols and standards

Skills &Experience
- Experience with EMRs, Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Strong documentation skills
- Ability to coordinate care across multiple moving parts
- At least 1 year of RN experience preferred
- Background or interest in Functional/Integrative Medicine is a plus
Requirements
- Current Registered Nurse license (Washington State)
- Current BLS Certification
