Integrative and Functional Medicine Physician
Parkview Health is currently seeking a Board Eligible / Board Certified Integrative or Functional Medicine Physician to join our clinic in Fort Wayne, IN.
Specifics of The Role
Board certification in Integrative (ABOIM), Functional Medicine (IFMCP) or Anti-Aging and Metabolic Medicine (FAAMM) required.
At least three years’ experience in Primary Care setting preferred, concierge/retail setting experience preferred
