Integrative Family Nurse Practitioner

We are seeking a life long learner who values meaningful patient relationships and ongoing professional growth. Nicoloff Family Medicine is an integrative family medical office treating patients of all ages for health maintenance along with acute and chronic health conditions.
We utilize functional medicine methods using nutrition, lifestyle changes, targeted natural remedies and nutritional supplementation along with conventional medical treatments.
You’ll be working alongside the lead physician and treating conditions including thyroid disease, hormone imbalance, stress and other mental health disorders, wide range of gastrointestinal conditions, chronic fatigue, autoimmune disorders, weight disorders, well child exams, healthy adult physicals.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience with EMR
- Current Nurse Practitioner licensure and national certification (FNP or equivalent)
- 1+ years of NP experience
- Prior knowledge/experience with functional and holistic medicine preferred

JOB DUTIES
- Provide same-day and scheduled acute care visits for established patients.
- Provide follow-up care for patients with chronic conditions
- See new patients in a non-pressure environment under guidance of lead physician
- Perform well child exams along with healthy adult exams
- Develop knowledge of current office procedures and protocols, nutritional supplements, testing that office currently utilizes in addition to investigating new tests for office
- Help with patient education including online blogging and patient lectures
- Part time, 2-4 days per week, no weekends
