Newbridge Health & Wellness is a multi-disciplinary functional medicine practice providing cutting edge, personalized and holistic care to individuals of all ages and conditions, with a focus on complex chronic illness.
Job Description:
Newbridge is seeking to hire a bright, ambitious, caring, motivated NP, MD, DO, or PA to see both complex, chronically ill patients, and patients seeking optimal wellness, and partner with them to help them fully heal and/or become optimally healthy.
Opportunities in Minneapolis and/or telemedicine:
We offer a unique opportunity to join an established medical practice team to integrate with our Minneapolis, Minnesota based in-person health and wellness center, providing in-person consultative patient care, as well as remote telemedicine care.
Newbridge is also adding to our team with casual/part-time remote-only telehealth care that is not based at our Twin Cities location. Provider licensure in any of the following states a plus: Arizona, Colorado, Wisconsin, and Minnesota or flexibility for surrounding/additional state or compact licensure a bonus.
Join our team of multidisciplinary team including nurse practitioners, medical doctors, Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, Clinical Counselor, Registered Nurse, Occupational Therapist, Nutrition, and Health Coaches.
