We are a well-established multidisciplinary wellness center in Cincinnati, Ohio, seeking a Functional Medicine Provider to join our collaborative team of chiropractors, physical therapists, and integrative health professionals.

This is a unique opportunity for a like-minded provider to grow their own practice within a thriving clinical setting focused on whole-body health and root-cause healing.

• Licensed MD, DO, NP, DC or other qualified practitioner with training in functional medicine (e.g., IFM, A4M, or equivalent)

• Desire to practice independently while engaging with a collaborative care team
• Entrepreneurial mindset and motivation to grow a practice within a multidisciplinary setting
