MorningStar Family Health Center is a well-established, membership-based practice in Hunterdon County New Jersey looking for the right individual to join our team. Family Medicine with a Functional Approach is how we describe our scope.

We have 3 physicians who are trained in Family Medicine, Functional Medicine and Restorative Reproductive Medicine. Our Direct Primary Care (DPC) model allows our doctors to spend 30-60 minutes with patients (or more if necessary!), in person, on Zoom or phone. Communication and strong relationships with our patients are a hallmark of our practice. Our office hours are 8:30-5 Mon-Friday, no nights or weekends.

The right candidate would be an RN/LPN/Medical assistant who is compassionate, competent, supportive of the body’s ability to heal, and is eager to be part of a lean, patient-centered practice. We will provide training in the day-to-day operations of the practice. Our EHR is easy to use too!!

What does your day look like? The clinical support staff all work together to support our practice members. Answering the phone, reviewing and responding to portal messages, forwarding some portal messages to the doctors, renewing medications (RN), obtaining vital signs, phlebotomy, EKG, assisting at procedures are shared by all the clinical support staff. Our weekly zoom staff meetings keep everyone in touch and contributing to the culture of the practice.

We currently have a Myer’s Cocktail IV program that we would love to continue with an RN with IV infusion experience.

The position could be full or part-time, 24-32 hours per week is preferred. The salary range will depend on credentials and experience. We know your family and work/life balance is important and our team works together to cover the schedule and help each other out.
