Functional Medicine Physician (MD/DO) or Nurse Practitioner

Position Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician (MD/DO) with a strong background in Functional and Integrative Medicine. You will be responsible for evaluating, diagnosing, and treating patients using a whole-body approach, developing personalized treatment plans that may include advanced lab testing, nutraceuticals, IV therapy, peptide protocols, hormone replacement therapy (HRT), and lifestyle recommendations.
Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive patient consultations using functional and integrative medicine frameworks
Interpret advanced diagnostics
Develop and implement personalized treatment plans, including nutraceuticals, diet, lifestyle, peptides, and HRT
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including RNs,
Document visits and follow-ups accurately in EMR (we use eClinicalWorks)
Stay current with trends in integrative and anti-aging medicine
Provide telemedicine and in-person care
Educate patients on preventive and functional health principles
Requirements:
Active California NP or MD license in good standing
Minimum of 2 years experience in a Functional or Integrative Medicine setting
Passion for root-cause medicine, HRT, and longevity-based care
Familiarity with IV therapy, peptides, and bioidentical hormone therapy
Proficient with EMR systems; eClinicalWorks a plus
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Comfortable seeing both insurance and cash-pay patients
Preferred Qualifications:
Certified or trained through IFM, A4M, or similar functional medicine organizations
Experience with Fullscript, Metagenics, and supplement protocols
Ability to manage time in a fast-paced, team-oriented clinic environment
