Patient Assessment: Conduct comprehensive history and physicals and build comprehensive, clear care plans.
Diagnosis and Treatment: Familiarity with functional or integrative medicine is required to effectively diagnose and evaluation at the root cause level. Care plans must heavily blend lifestyle, diet, medications, peptides, supplements, and technologies to drive the best outcomes.
Education and Counseling: Engage with patients and effectively communicate the care plan one step at a time. Candidates with experience in a functional or integrative clinic will be strongly preferred. Must be an efficient and effective communicator, able to provide clear counseling about the most important next steps. Includes CME to stay up to date on the latest health science and technology.
Leadership and Collaboration: Collaborate with a highly trained and enthusiastic staff as the clinical lead in the office. Take advantage of our high yield protocols for complex topics such as detoxification and longevity.
Documentation: Maintain accurate patient in a practice friendly EMR and office communication system (Elation). Documentation, interactions, treatments, medications, and responses using an AI medical scribe so you can focus on the patient… not the charting.
Follow-up Care: Provide consistent follow-up to monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of care plans and make adjustments as needed.
