Requirements:

• 5+ years of clinical experience
• Education in Functional and/or Age Management Medicine and practice experience

• Ability to lead, motivate, and collaborate with a team
• Experience in delivering high-quality medical care  
• Unrestricted Florida license, or the ability to obtain one
