LifeScape, a Scottsdale, Arizona-based concierge/DPC practice, is seeking an experienced physician to join our elite group of family and functional medicine physicians. We founded LifeScape in 2003 as an innovative, patient-centered practice with a mission to inspire and empower health transformation. Through collaboration with our patients, team support of our in-house nutritionist, fitness coach, and psychologist, and a focus on functional/root cause/lifestyle medicine, we routinely prevent and reverse chronic disease.
LifeScape has been recognized locally and nationally, earning every imaginable accolade including perennial “Top Doc” honors for each of our physicians and “Top Concierge Practice in the United States” from Concierge Medicine Today. - Escaping hit-and-run, pill-for-an-ill medicine
- Caring in breadth and depth for an exclusive panel of invested and motivated patients
