Integrative offers a variety of services including functional medicine consults with personalized treatment plans, IV therapy, bioidentical hormone replacement therapy, health coaching, sexual rejuvenation services and more.

Just a 1.5 hour drive to Dallas, Tyler is home to four hospitals and the soon-to-open University of Texas at Tyler School of Medicine. Position Details:

• Employee provider
• Monday-Friday
• 10-15 patients per day on average
• Direct functional/integrative medicine patient consultations
• Strong clinical collaborative team— meets regularly.
• Consults on lab, diet, lifestyle, food supplements, nutraceuticals.
• Bioidentical hormone pellet therapy and PRP therapy
• Strong provider support staff
• Live, personal scribe provided for the entire workday.
• Beautiful clinic/office setting
• Quality of life- no nights/weekends, on-call

Requirements:

• Must hold or willing to obtain Texas License (MD, DO, NP, or PA)
• Functional/integrative medicine interest/willingness to learn. Experience preferred.
