Integrative / Functional Medicine Physician (MD/DO)

Our client is an innovative organization that has successfully offered integrative medicine since 2011, and the program continues to evolve. This progressive organization is seeking an integrative/functional medicine Physician to join their growing team.

Requirements:

• Board certified or Board eligible (not considering pediatrics at this time)
• 3+ years clinical experience
• Education or experience in Integrative or Functional Medicine is a plus.  Mentorship available. 
• Ability to work onsite and obtain an unrestricted Indiana medical license
