Part-Time · 3 Days/Week · Day Shift Only · Up to $60/hr

Are you a skilled IV nurse who’s done with 12-hour shifts, rotating schedules, and practicing in a system that doesn’t match how you think about health?

Indigo Integrative Health Clinic in Georgetown is looking for an experienced IV RN ready to bring their clinical skills into a different kind of practice — one built around chronic illness, functional medicine, and patients who are genuinely invested in getting better.

This is a small, calm, high-standards clinic. Not a hydration bar. Not a hospital floor. A place where you know your patients, your work matters, and your schedule is predictable.

What Your Week Looks Like

Three fixed days: Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday

Clinic hours: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM

No nights. No weekends. No major holidays.

Same schedule, every week — set in advance and consistent.

This is a 30-hour W-2 position. You will know exactly when you’re working, every week.

——

What You’ll Be Doing

• Starting and managing peripheral IVs, PICC lines, and ports with a one-stick standard

• Administering IV vitamin and therapeutic infusions per protocol

• Monitoring infusions and patient response with sound clinical judgment

• Performing intake vitals and focused assessments

• Phlebotomy

• Educating patients on IV therapies within scope and clinic guidelines

• Documenting care accurately in our EMR

• Collaborating with our integrative providers and clinic team

• Owning the IV lounge environment — organized, calm, and clinical

• Leading the IV department: supervising its operations and contributing to its growth

You will often be the primary clinical presence during IV hours. Independent judgment and a calm, confident manner are essential.

Who We’re Looking For

You’re the right fit if you:

• Have 2–3+ years of IV therapy experience outside the ER — outpatient infusion, oncology, integrative or functional medicine clinic

• Hold an active DC RN license in good standing

• Are local to DC or the DMV

• Have worked in or are genuinely curious about functional or integrative medicine

• Are comfortable working independently in a small clinical setting

• Bring a warm, professional bedside manner and take patient experience seriously

• Embody the wellness philosophy behind the medicine we practice

Strongly Preferred: prior experience in a functional medicine or Lyme-focused clinic.

Compensation & Benefits

Pay: Up to $60/hour depending on integrative and IV therapy experience

Type: Part-time W-2, 30 hours/week

Paid training and onboarding

Clinic-paid malpractice coverage

Employee discounts on IV therapies, injections, supplements, and clinic services

After a successful 6-month review:

• PTO (vacation and sick leave) per DC requirements

• CEU stipend for approved continuing education

• Paid time for in-house training and case reviews

• Eligibility for expanded benefits including health coverage, based on role fit and clinic needs

• Priority consideration for expanded responsibilities as the clinic grows
