I-Squared Medical Group is hiring an Integrative/Functional medicine trained Internal medicine/Family Medicine practitioner (Physician (MD/DO), Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant. You will be working with patients in our Lincoln Park office. Our clinic provides IV’s, acupuncture, massage, sauna, integrative nutritionist, and a comprehensive apothecary for patients.  Our practice is built on a foundation of strong primary care and integrative/functional medicine.
