This well-established 8+ year Naturopathic Clinic presents a great opportunity for a functional medicine MD, an experienced ND or NP comfortable with medication balancing, to take over a consistent and thriving holistic medicine clientele and enjoy a profitable practice – or expand on a clinic with great potential for quick growth from solid roots. Owner has built the Clinic from scratch and doesn’t want to sell! But with a baby on the way and clinics in two other cities, she has to let go – and is hoping to quickly find the right person to care for her dedicated patients.

The Clinic
Located in an 1880’s converted home in trendy and quickly densifying NW Portland, the Clinic’s custom indoor finishes create a cozy and warm healing environment, nestled in a neighborhood where new residential and retail mixed-use buildings seem to regularly spring up. The Clinic has two treatment rooms for office visits; a back room (convertible to another treatment room) currently used for blood draws, storage, specialty lab storage with a fridge for IV supplies and injectables, and a full in-house supplement and herbal medicinary; and one dedicated parking space for patients with ample street parking available for others. The Practice
Owner currently sees 25-30 patients a week on Mondays and Tuesdays, with a focus on hypothyroid, autoimmune thyroid, hormone balancing and hormone replacement therapy for men and women, and all autoimmune disease management (with some mental and emotional health treatment as well). The Clinic’s strongest referral base is for hormone replacement and hormone imbalances. Currently, an LMT and LAc both work on a part-time contract basis as they grow their practices, and a medical assistant currently works on Fridays.

With that said, Dr. Du Moulin is currently on maternity leave and does not have the ability to manage this clinic with her other 2 clinics due to the arrival of her daughter. She is open to hearing all offers and needs to sell by 7/31/19. All cash buyers will be given preference, but Owner will also consider extending longer term financing for a phased purchase from the right buyer and will entertain other reasonable offers.
