We are looking for a Nurse Practitioner or MD/DO who is passionate about helping individuals achieve their wellness goals by identifying and focusing on the root cause of their illness.  The current MD is moving to another state and this person will be needed to take over her practice.

Full-Time position hours would be Monday through Thursday from 9 AM – 5 PM.  We are closed on Fridays.

Part-Time position is available too.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES AND REQUIREMENTS:

Must be well versed and trained in regenerative medicine, the diagnosis and integrative treatment of thyroid dysfunction, hormone imbalance/deficiencies, auto-immune conditions, metabolic syndrome, GI diagnoses.  Experience with chronic conditions like Lyme’s and mold exposure a plus.

Competent in ordering and interpreting laboratory tests from a functional standpoint, including specialty tests such as food sensitivity, mycotoxin, heavy metals, salivary and urine hormones.

Create a positive motivational environment for patients and staff.

Discuss and review patients’ medical history, symptoms, and current medications for full assessment at the initial consultation and follow up appointments regarding chronic and acute conditions.

Provide clear and timely communication for your patients, answering questions regarding treatments and medical concerns.

Discuss and provide in-depth review of laboratory results.

Create/revise a comprehensive treatment plan at each visit detailing nutritional protocols, nutrient and herbal supplementation, pharmaceutical medications and/or peptides, bioidentical hormone replacement, hormone pellet insertion, homeopathic injections, specialty testing, diagnostic imaging, etc.

POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:

• Need current FL Medical License, Certificate to Dispense, DEA number, and NPI.
• Ability to consult with patients in person and through virtual communication channels.
• Must have a positive attitude, with excellent motivational and empathic communication skills.
• Must have leadership skills and team player abilities.
• Must be able to think “outside the box” for problem-solving moments or situations.
• Excellent working base knowledge and medical background to build upon.
• Team-oriented
• Must be competent in research and naturally desire to learn.
• Must be and stay up to date with all CME and CPR requirements.
• Work Location: Altamonte Springs, Florida.  You must be local or willing to commute.
