Groov Wellness is a fast-growing, cash-based hormone optimization and weight loss clinic in San Antonio with a second location coming to Bulverde, TX. We help patients restore energy, balance hormones, lose weight, and feel like themselves again through personalized, preventative care.

We are seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant who wants to practice meaningful medicine, guide motivated patients, and grow with a high-performing wellness team.

Responsibilities

• Conduct hormone and weight loss consultations
• Review labs and perform patient assessments
• Develop personalized treatment plans
• Educate patients on hormones, metabolism, peptides, and longevity
• Convert consultations into treatment programs
• Collaborate with Medical Directors and clinic team
• Maintain accurate documentation and compliance

Qualifications

• Active Texas NP or PA license
• 2–3+ years of clinical experience (primary care, wellness, hormones, med spa, or functional medicine preferred)
• Interest or experience in:
  • Hormone replacement therapy (HRT)
  • Weight loss medicine
  • Peptide therapy and supplements
• Strong communication and patient education skills
• EMR/EHR proficiency
• High attention to detail and patient safety

Preferred

• Bilingual (Spanish)
• Experience in wellness or preventative medicine

Compensation & Benefits

Salary:

• $130,000 base

Schedule: Monday-Friday
Location: In-person, San Antonio (local travel between clinics)
