Gladden Longevity is hiring a physician to join Dr. Jeffrey Gladden, internationally recognized longevity physician and author of 100 Is the New 30, at our recently completed clinical facility in Irving, TX.

The Role

You’ll serve a concierge panel of high-performing clients — entrepreneurs, founders, and executives who treat their health the way they treat their businesses: analytically, proactively, and with high expectations. No insurance-driven volume. No 15-minute visits. This is thoughtful, personalized medicine with the time and resources to do it right.

You’ll evaluate every client through our five-domain clinical model:

Life Energy – the psychospiritual dimension
Longevity – unwinding the hallmarks of aging
Health – preemptive optimization of all organ systems
Performance – nervous system training, cardiovascular capacity, and recovery
Environment – architecting home, work, travel, and leisure for sustained vitality
Your toolkit includes advanced biomarker analysis, regenerative therapies, metabolic optimization, brain health strategies, hormone optimization, and AI-driven clinical decision support.

What We’re Looking For

Required:

Board-certified MD or DO (Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or related)
Active Texas medical license (or willingness to obtain)
Training or certification through A4M, IFM, or equivalent programs
Minimum 5-year commitment to building with the team

Strongly Preferred:

Clinical experience in longevity, functional, integrative, or regenerative medicine
Comfort with peptide therapies, HRT, and precision diagnostics
Emotional intelligence and ease working with highly engaged, data-driven clients
