Functional Medicine Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner

Our client is a nationwide network of personalized and innovative healthcare clinics designed to help patients achieve optimal health. We are currently seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join their growing practices in Utah County.

Requirements:
•    Integrative and/or Functional Medicine education
•    2 years clinical experience, functional medicine experience preferred
•    Experience providing hormone optimization care a plus
•    Experienced in treating chronic illness a plus
