Our client is a nationwide network of personalized and innovative healthcare clinics designed to help patients achieve optimal health. They are currently seeking a Functional Medicine Nurse Practitioner, or Physician Assistant to join their growing team in a full- time, remote role.

Requirements:

• 2+ yrs clinical experience
• Hormone and Thyroid Health experience or education required
