Functional Medicine Practitioner (MD/DO/NP/PA)

Our client is a leading Longevity and Health Optimization practice in Madison, Wisconsin. We’re recruiting a Provider with a desire to work in functional and regenerative medicine. This position offers an excellent opportunity to work alongside experienced integrative, functional and longevity providers.

Position offers:

• 3 onsite patient facing days, 1 day remote telehealth, 1 day remote admin
• Longer patient visits: first visit = 1 hour

Requirements:

• 3 + years clinical experience
• Integrative and Functional Medicine education
• Experience providing hormone optimization is a plus
• Experienced in treating chronic illness a plus
