Job Description:

Fellowship trained Integrative/Functional Medicine trained physician who is board certified in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine to join a multidisciplinary team consisting of Acupuncture & Chinese Medicine, Lifestyle Dietitian support, Reiki and Massage Therapy, and Integrative Gynecology. Your Qualifications:

MD or DO license
Board certification in family medicine or internal medicine
Fellowship in integrative medicine or functional medicine or certified
IL license or eligible to be licensed in Illinois
DEA license
