Desire to learn more about Thyroid and Hormone tx? NP/PA/NMD Multi-State licensed to be part of a rapidly growing practice with Dr. Amie Hornaman (The Thyroid Fixer)

Looking for state licensed NP/PA/NMD to join a rapidly growing Functional Medicine practice with Dr Amie Hornaman. Must be able to prescribe thyroid medication and be DEA licensed for TRT.

Looking for IMMEDIATE coverage in: MICHIGAN, Pennsylvania, Louisiana

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Providing Hormone Optimization Therapy (HOT), including safe pharmaceutical interventions when appropriate to men and women as well as therapies for thyroid hormone optimization (training provided ongoing)
• Ordering labs prior to initial apt
• Taking detailed notes and providing follow up apts when necessary
• Communicate and collaborate with other team members, such as Dr. Amie and health coaches
• Virtual consultations only/work from home on your schedule

QUALIFICATIONS:

•  Licensed Nurse Practitioner, Physician’s Assistant or Doctorate in Naturopathic Medicine
• Ability to write prescriptions including thyroid hormone replacement and BHRT esp testosterone (may need DEA license )
• Preferably licensed in multiple states (more state coverage needed than listed above)
• Experience in Thyroid and Hormones or the desire to expand knowledge base of treatment for functional endocrine disorders
