Cloud Medical is a Functional Medicine-informed direct primary care practice with 3 clinic locations in Boulder County.

We believe the soul of primary care lies in BOTH harnessing the most advanced technologies to diagnose and treat existing medical conditions, AS WELL AS in helping guide our patients to unlock their own innate capacities for health and healing.

We provide ultra-high-quality, economical, full-spectrum primary care to our patient-members. We have a diverse panel of high-performance individuals who are interested in healthspan/lifespan optimization. We’ve developed a very streamlined approach (which we can train providers in) including advanced diagnostics, nutraceutical supplementation, peptide therapies, etc.

Our patients include many ultra-high net worth individuals, some of the top Ironman triathletes in the world, professional athletes, and CEO’s, as well as young early stage entrepreneurs who are very cost-sensitive and are looking for the most economic mode of primary care — we provide value to both extreme sides of the economic spectrum.

We are fiercely independent and have a singular allegiance to our patients’ best interest. We are not beholden to insurance companies or mega-hospital corporations, and we practice with a deep philosophy and ethos based on developing close relationships with our patient-members over time, based on connection and trust.

Requirements:

• MD/DO: BC in family medicine preferred (full time salary up to $250K)
• NP/PA: family medicine preferred (full time salary up to $150K)
• Provider dedicated to providing innovative care
• Provider who will thrive in a collaborative and dynamic team

We create innovative programs on a broad range of topics including wellness, biosensors, healthy approaches to death and dying, …etc.   We incorporate a variety of integrative modalities into our practice.   And we’ve launched the Cloud Medical “School of Health” which helps participants identify the most potent methods by which to reconnect to the 4 disconnections (Body, Consciousness, Relationships, and Nature).
