The Opportunity 

• Direct mentorship under a nationally recognized leader in regenerative medicine

• Structured training in advanced biologics, longevity, and integrative protocols

• Significant earning potential tied to performance and clinical contribution

Compensation 

• Base Salary: $180,000 – $250,000

• Performance-Based Bonus: Scaled to productivity and case volume

• Expected Total Compensation: $250,000 – $400,000+

Position Type 

• Full-Time Physician Role (W-2)

Role Responsibilities 

• Conduct comprehensive patient consultations and develop personalized care plans

• Perform regenerative and longevity-based procedures (training provided as needed)

• Deliver high-touch, patient-centered care with a focus on outcomes and experience

• Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to ensure efficient, high-quality operations

Ideal Candidate 

• MD or DO with active, unrestricted California medical license

• Strong clinical judgment and patient communication skills

• Experience or interest in integrative, functional, or longevity medicine

• Procedural competency (e.g., IV therapy, joint injections; advanced techniques can be trained)

• Growth-oriented, accountable, and receptive to feedback
