Big Life Integrative Health is located in Lone Tree, Colorado. We offer a more natural, integrated approach to Family Medicine through Direct Primary Care (DPC). We also offer IFM Certified Functional Medicine, Neurostimulation, IV Hydration / Ozone Therapy, and Hormone & Weight Loss medical services.

We are currently hiring for a dynamic, full time provider for our care center in Lone Tree, CO. We are looking for a practicing professional with experience in family care, including pediatrics, who is excited about comprehensive family practice and open to the integrative opportunities we have in house.

The Direct Primary Care model prides itself on availability and accessible, patient communication. It takes primary care back to how it should be—primarily where the patient seeks care. We are looking for a self-sufficient, proactive team player to add to our team who can continue to help us grow our offerings and increase the value of a patient’s care in-house. We are open to full or a gradual ramping to full time, with a full time need by March of 2024. Pay ranges depending on degree and experience.

Details

4 or 5 day/week schedule with rotating call shared among providers. Longer patient visits, provider-specific panel with overlap for coverage or patient preference.

FNP $93k-$135k/year

MD $150k-$250k/year

Must be licensed in the state of Colorado. For Nurse Practitioners minimum of 3 years required, 5 or more years of experience preferred.
