Position Summary
We are seeking a heart-centered MD/DO with integrative medicine training to join our team. This physician will serve as both a clinician and leader, supporting patients with comprehensive care while mentoring and collaborating with our dedicated staff. For the right candidate, there is an opportunity for future partnership within the practice.

- Will support and mentor our FNPs, providing on-site guidance (with Dr. Benton serving as Medical Director).
Key Responsibilities
- Provide full-spectrum direct primary care for adult and pediatric patients.
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, routine checkups, and follow-ups.
- Diagnose and treat acute and chronic conditions using both evidence-based conventional and integrative approaches.
- Order and interpret diagnostic tests (labs, imaging, ultrasounds, etc.).
- Prescribe medications and/or integrative therapies when appropriate.
- Stay current with integrative, functional, frequency-based, and AI-assisted approaches through ongoing education and participation in conferences.
- Mentor and collaborate with the care team; contribute to program development.
- Support patients with bio-identical hormone therapy, peptides, and other integrative treatments (experience a plus; training available).
- Promote informed consent and medical freedom in all patient interactions.
- Training & Growth Opportunities
- Training in homeopathy, essential oils, and integrative modalities.
- Dedicated funding for continuing education in integrative medicine.
- Support in learning emerging therapies such as peptides and BHRT.
Qualifications
- MD or DO degree with a valid medical license.
- Board Certified or Board Eligible.
- Training and/or strong interest in integrative or functional medicine (requirement for consideration).
- Strong leadership, communication, and mentoring skills.
- Passion for holistic, patient-centered care.
Work Structure & Lifestyle
- 4 in-office days and 1 home administrative day, with flexible scheduling.
- Additional 1 week of virtual clinic annually for flexible use.
