Role Description
We are searching for an experienced, mature, skilled, and dedicated FNP (Family Nurse Practitioner) to provide exceptional care of our patients through clinical assessment, diagnostic testing and treatment recommendations. This is a full-time on-site role located in Roswell, Georgia (suburb north of Atlanta). The responsibilities include providing primary care with an integrative approach, practicing patient-centered medicine, and collaborating in the development and implementation of integrative treatment plans. The NP should be able to provide a wide range of services such as bioidentical hormone therapy, thyroid management, gastrointestinal health, digestive/metabolic issues, irritable bowel, adrenal health and other issues.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
- Must possess strong clinical skill and be experienced in providing medical care to a large, diverse group of patients
- Must have an understanding of and an appreciation for complementary and alternative modalities
- Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Must be a self-starter with high levels of personal initiative and positive attitude
- Must demonstrate a dedication to patient care as well as personal growth
- Must be a team worker who can multitask
Required Certification/License:
- Current Georgia license without sanctions or limitations
- Active and unencumbered DEA License for Georgia
- ACLS certification and renewed per requirements
- NPI registration
Education:
- ARNP degree from an accredited medical school
- Board certification in suitable field of specialty such as Internal Medicine or Family Practice
- Experience in Integrative Medicine, Functional Medicine, Preventive Health, or Lifestyle Medicine required
The NP will be responsible for providing the following services to patients:
- Integrative Functional Care
- Holistic Family Health
- Women’s and Men’s Health including Bioidentical Hormone Therapy
- Integrative Oncology experience (not required but preferred)
- Chronic Mold / Toxicity (not required but preferred)
- Lyme Disease Therapy (not required but preferred)
