Functional Medicine – Registered Nurse / Functional Nutritionist / Health Coach
We’re growing at GrassRoots Functional Medicine — and we’re looking for the right person to grow with us.
We are hiring an Registered Nurse, certified health coach, or credentialed nutritionist for an in-person role in West Lebanon, New Hampshire.
This is not a traditional healthcare position.
We are building a practice centered around root-cause medicine, therapeutic nutrition, patient transformation, and personalized care for complex chronic conditions including Lyme disease, hormone dysfunction, gut disorders, chronic fatigue, and metabolic health.
We are specifically looking for someone who:
• Has formal training or certification in integrative/functional nutrition or coaching
• Understands therapeutic nutrition at a clinical level
• Is passionate about functional medicine and truly lives this lifestyle
• Thrives in a fast-growing, mission-driven environment
• Is independent, growth-minded, reliable, and great with people
• Wants to continue expanding their skillset in areas like IV therapy, peptide protocols, and aesthetics
This is an IN-PERSON role in West Lebanon, New Hampshire. (24–32 hrs/week). Compensation is based on experience, training, and skill set.
