AIM Center for Personalized Medicine, founded by Dr. Tania Dempsey, is a leading destination practice where medicine meets detective work. We specialize in solving the unsolvable, identifying the root causes of complex conditions that have left patients without answers elsewhere. By integrating Functional and Conventional Medicine, we treat patients with challenging diagnoses including vector-borne illnesses, co-infections, mold exposure, autoimmune disorders, hormone dysregulation and Mast Cell Activation Syndrome (MCAS).

Join our rapidly growing team and work directly with Dr. Tania Dempsey, a nationally recognized expert in complex multi-system chronic illnesses. This is more than a job. It is an opportunity to practice medicine the way it should be practiced: with time, depth, and genuine impact.

You will be part of a multi-specialty team that functions like medical detectives, where every patient is a unique puzzle worth solving. Beyond clinical care, you will contribute to research and publishing, education initiatives, and the ongoing evolution of integrative medicine.

What Your Days Will Look Like

• Deep, meaningful patient interactions with only 4 to 7 longer appointments per day
• Thorough investigations into complex, multifactorial health conditions requiring critical thinking and creativity
• Personalized treatment planning drawing from Functional, Conventional, and Personalized Medicine toolkits
• Collaborative problem-solving with a team that brings diverse expertise and fresh perspectives
• Flexible care delivery through both telemedicine and in-office visits
• Active participation in practice development, research projects, and educational initiatives

Who Thrives Here

You are the right fit if you:

• Hold an active NY State license as an MD or DO, or can obtain one before your start date
• Light up at the challenge of complex diagnostic puzzles where others have given up
• Think critically and synthesize evidence-based data from multiple, sometimes conflicting, sources
• Stay curious and committed to continuous learning in both Functional and Conventional Medicine
• Value patient relationships and believe healing takes time, not just prescriptions

You will stand out with:

• 1 or more years of experience in Integrative or Functional Medicine
• Functional Medicine certification or specialized training
• Knowledge of vector-borne diseases, co-infections, MCAS, mold exposure, chronic inflammatory conditions, and hormone related issues
• 2 or more years in private practice settings
• A growth mindset and eagerness to learn; we warmly welcome motivated junior associates ready to develop their expertise
