Position Overview
We’re seeking a Physician Assistant with a passion for functional and preventative medicine to join our collaborative, patient-centered team. The ideal candidate is deeply curious about the science of longevity, thrives on building meaningful patient relationships, and values proactive, whole-person care.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive assessments integrating traditional neurology and functional medicine principles.
- Interpret labs and diagnostics through a metabolic optimization lens, not just within standard ranges.
- Collaborate on individualized care plans that incorporate nutrition, fitness, stress reduction, detoxification, and lifestyle optimization.
- Counsel patients on environmental toxins, nutrition, movement, sleep, body composition analysis, and advanced therapies—including hormone optimization, peptides, detoxification strategies, mitochondrial support, IV therapies, photo-biomodulation/sauna and more,
- Assist in therapeutic procedures such as DBS programming, skin biopsies, botulinum toxin and other injectables.
- Contribute to ongoing initiatives like our Metabolic Optimization Clinic & Regenerative Therapy programs, and Aesthetic/Anti-Aging services.
- Participate in patient education efforts, workshops, and wellness content creation.
Qualifications
- Licensed Physician Assistant in the State of Texas.
- Experience in neurology, functional medicine, integrative health, or internal medicine preferred.
- Strong foundation or interest in nutrition, detoxification, peptides, and metabolic health.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to thrive in a collaborative concierge care environment.
- Must reside in or be willing to relocate to central or north Austin, TX for in-office care.
