STOP — Read This Before You Apply

We’re not just looking for someone who wants a job.
We’re building a team—and we need someone who wants to be part of this mission, this crew, and this energy.

This is NOT for you if:

  • You’re shy, guarded, or uncomfortable talking to men about personal health
  • You wait for direction instead of taking initiative
  • You think professionalism means being cold or distant
  • You dislike fast-moving, team-based clinics
  • You just want to “stay in your lane” and go home
  • We care just as much about who you are as what you can do.

This IS for you if:

  • You can walk into a room full of firefighters, veterans, CrossFit dads, and business owners – and instantly make them feel at ease
  • You treat patients like people, not charts
  • You draw blood and give injections confidently and cleanly
  • You communicate clearly—and know when to listen
  • You like to keep it light, joke around, and still get things done
  • You know HOW to connect with the men we’re helping.
  • You bring solutions, not problems. Energy, not excuses.
  • You want to grow – and help the clinic grow with you

About Us:

Gameday Men’s Health Media is a fast-growing clinic specializing in testosterone optimization and men’s wellness. We serve motivated men—veterans, first responders, hard-working dads—who are ready to take charge of their health.

Our space is modern, man-cave inspired, and high energy. We don’t do insurance chaos. We don’t do burnout. We do real care with a real team.

Who We’re Hiring:

We’re looking for one confident, personable, experienced nurse practitioner or physician assistant with strong hormonal health and functional medicine skills, and a personality that patients connect with immediately. This is not a slow-paced, overly clinical role.

This is a leadership position for someone warm, confident, friendly, organized, and ready to help us grow.

STOP — Don’t apply if you:

  • Avoid conversation or humor with patients
  • Are quiet, disengaged, or too “by the book”
  • Need constant direction instead of stepping in
  • Prefer working in low-energy, rigid clinic settings
  • Don’t understand cash pay/concierge medicine
  • We care just as much about who you are as what you can do.

This job IS for you if you:

  • Are a confident leader and strong communicator
  • Are outgoing, upbeat, and know how to connect, joke, and make male patients feel at ease
  • Want to be in a leadership role as the clinic expands
  • Bring positive energy and love helping people transform their lives
  • Thrive in a clinic environment where your voice matters and your work is respected

What You’ll Do:

  • Evaluate patients for low testosterone and, under the supervision of a physician, prescribing testosterone therapy to optimize hormone levels.
  • Evaluate patients for erectile dysfunction and recommending treatment plans like GAINSwave, P-Shot or prescribing medications like Trimix.
  • Conduct consultations for new patients and interpret lab results
    Provide patient education.
  • Administer intramuscular injections, PRP injections, and pellet insertion.
  • Be a leader in an exciting clinic with real results.
  • Comply with federal, state, and local legal and professional requirements.
  • Provide continuity of care by developing and implementing patient management plans.
