Dream Job – Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant
STOP — Read This Before You Apply
We’re not just looking for someone who wants a job.
We’re building a team—and we need someone who wants to be part of this mission, this crew, and this energy.
This is NOT for you if:
- You’re shy, guarded, or uncomfortable talking to men about personal health
- You wait for direction instead of taking initiative
- You think professionalism means being cold or distant
- You dislike fast-moving, team-based clinics
- You just want to “stay in your lane” and go home
- We care just as much about who you are as what you can do.
This IS for you if:
- You can walk into a room full of firefighters, veterans, CrossFit dads, and business owners – and instantly make them feel at ease
- You treat patients like people, not charts
- You draw blood and give injections confidently and cleanly
- You communicate clearly—and know when to listen
- You like to keep it light, joke around, and still get things done
- You know HOW to connect with the men we’re helping.
- You bring solutions, not problems. Energy, not excuses.
- You want to grow – and help the clinic grow with you
About Us:
