Position Overview

Raden Wellness is seeking a dedicated and experienced MD or DO with a strong background in conventional medicine and a passion for integrative and functional health. The ideal candidate is a Family Medicine physician who combines traditional clinical expertise with progressive, evidence-based approaches such as advanced laboratory analysis, personalized nutrition, and intravenous (IV) therapy protocols.

This role provides the opportunity to practice true root-cause medicine—focusing on individualized, relationship-centered care rather than high-volume visits. The right candidate will be comfortable managing complex chronic conditions while emphasizing prevention, optimization, and whole-person wellness.

This is a part-time position with potential to transition to full-time, offering an excellent opportunity to grow within a dynamic, patient-centered practice. Raden Wellness provides education and mentorship for physicians eager to deepen their expertise in integrative medicine.

Key Responsibilities

• Patient Care: Conduct comprehensive evaluations, develop personalized treatment plans, and deliver one-on-one, high-quality care.
• Consultations: Educate patients about their conditions, treatment options, and long-term wellness strategies with empathy and professionalism.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate and compliant patient records, progress notes, and treatment plans.
• Collaboration: Work closely with a multidisciplinary team of integrative nutritionists, naturopathic doctors, nurses, and other physicians to optimize patient outcomes.
• Continuous Learning: Stay current on emerging evidence, therapies, and technologies within integrative and wellness medicine.

Key Attributes

• Board-certified MD or DO in Family Medicine (or related field).
• Strong foundation in conventional medicine with an interest or experience in integrative, functional, or precision health.
• Skilled in interpreting comprehensive laboratory data and designing personalized treatment protocols.
• Excellent communication skills and a genuine passion for empowering patients to take an active role in their health.
