Seeking a board-certified Physician (MD, DO) with both an interest and fundamental knowledge in metabolic health, exercise, nutrition, autoimmune, and endocrinology
Dr. Gabrielle Lyon is a physician and the founder of the Institute for Muscle-Centric Medicine/Strong Medical. The practice focuses on skeletal muscle as the key driver of health, metabolic function, and long-term vitality. Our model uses evidence-based medicine and targeted clinical protocols that improve body composition, stabilize metabolism, and address root-cause drivers of disease.
POSITION SUMMARY
We are hiring a licensed physician with a strong foundation in metabolic health, endocrinology, autoimmune disease, exercise science, and nutrition. Fellowship training is a plus. You will deliver high-touch, patient-centered care in a fully virtual practice that values clinical precision, scientific integrity, and measurable results.
You will guide motivated patients through advanced evaluation, root-cause analysis, and personalized protocols designed to restore metabolic health, optimize muscle, and improve overall function. You must maintain a consistent personal fitness routine to align with the standards of Muscle-Centric Medicine. You will receive ongoing training in the model.
We value service to the military community. Prior military service or experience caring for military populations is a plus.
This role begins at 1 to 2 days per week and transitions to 3 to 4 days per week as your patient panel grows.
