Upstream Functional Medicine has grown quickly and organically over the past 7 years to become one of the top Functional Medicine Practices in Colorado. We are looking for a part time provider who is eager to join our unique practice where we utilize the full depth of science in a systematic manner that facilitates the natural healing process of the body’s design. This means we truly support our clients in reaching their health goals quickly and sustainably. With this approach, we often see the kind of results that take years to achieve, happen in just a matter of months. We believe our approach is the future of Functional Medicine.

What We’re Looking For:
This is an onsite, in-person position with some flexibility for remote telemedicine.

Qualifications:
- A western medicine certified practitioner (NP, PA, MD, DO) with a minimum of 3 years clinical experience.
- Functional Medicine certified or actively pursuing certification.
- Available for 20-25 hours per week; Monday–Thursday schedule.
- Proficient in interpreting and managing functional lab tests (blood labs, stool analysis, hormone levels, toxin screenings).
- Skilled in prescribing therapeutic supplements, hormones, and medications relevant to functional medicine.
- Collaborative team player, working alongside health coaches and wellness coordinators and other providers.
- Skilled in navigating crucial conversations to empower individuals (training provided regularly).
What We Offer:
- Paid Fellowship : 3-6 months at $37–$40/hour based on experience, increasing to $47–$50/hour upon demonstrated proficiency.
- Work-Life Balance : 4-day clinic work week (Monday–Thursday).
