Functional Medicinee Nurse Practitioner

Location: Hinsdale, IL  |  Type: Full-Time or Part-Time  |  Compensation: $130,000–$160,000/year based on experience | Schedule: 4 days per week

Services include offers IV therapy, Peptide Therapy, Hyperbaric Oxygen, Ozone Sauna, Massage Therapy, Nutritional Support, and Musculoskeletal Care.  Individuals receive personalized treatment plans that blend evidence-informed functional medicine with natural therapies in a collaborative clinical environment. The clinic has been successfully applying peptide therapies in the functional model for the management of digestive complaints, autoimmune conditions, sleep disturbance, weight and metabolic management support, chronic fatigue, Lyme disease, EBV and latent infections, joint pain, headaches, hormonal imbalances, infertility, to name a few.

Role Description: The Functional Medicine Nurse Practitioner is a full-time, on-site role based in Hinsdale, Illinois. This role is 4 working days with a full benefit package.  PTO, 401K, and contributions to health insurance a plus.  On site training  provided, and community outreach a must.

This role involves conducting comprehensive patient assessments, reviewing health histories, ordering and interpreting diagnostic tests, and developing individualized functional medicine care plans. The Nurse Practitioner will provide direct patient care, including follow-up visits, medication and supplement management, and coordination of services such as IV therapy in collaboration with other clinicians. Day-to-day responsibilities include patient education on lifestyle, nutrition, and preventive strategies, documentation in the medical record, and participation in care team discussions to refine treatment approaches. The role also requires maintaining current knowledge of functional medicine practices, adhering to regulatory standards, and contributing to a patient-centered, collaborative practice culture. A desire for community involvement is a plus.
