Sparkle Health is a private physician owned clinic in Southern New Hampshire (35 miles North of Boston) and has an immediate need for a Full or Part-time Family Practice Physician with a strong interest in integrative/functional medicine. This position provides alternative medicine services in a collaborative setting. The practice operates through a membership model that allows for personalized medicine and lifestyle intervention. Our patient visits are at least 30 minutes!
The new physician would play a key role in the growth of Sparkle Health. Working alongside Dr. Elisa Mercuro and the Sparkle Health Team, the new hire would allow many more of those interested in Functional Medicine to join Sparkle Health and start their journey to improved wellness. In addition to functional health, our services include functional nutrition, health coaching, massage therapy, IV Nutritional Therapy and more.
Considered new hires should have prior experience in Functional Medicine and preferably have started the certification process through the Institute of Functional Medicine (https://www.ifm.org/). Successfully completion of the course, Applying Functional Medicine in Clinical Practice (AFMCP) is required.

Part-time hours will be considered as well.
Providers see 8-12 patients per day.
100% Outpatient
Experience in functional medicine required.

Job Requirements:
DO, MD
New Hampshire license and DEA
