Reveal Vitality & Longevity Institute is seeking an experienced, energetic, and compassionate Medical Assistant to join our growing team. We are looking for someone who is passionate about health and wellness, enjoys learning, and is committed to delivering an exceptional patient experience from the first visit through long-term care.
About Reveal Vitality
Reveal Vitality is an integrative medical practice focused on helping patients optimize their health through personalized care. Our providers offer advanced therapies designed to improve longevity, vitality, and quality of life while emphasizing prevention and whole-person wellness.
Responsibilities
- Support providers throughout the patient journey, from new patient membership through annual renewals.
- Prepare patient charts and ensure all documentation is complete prior to appointments.
- Assist with treatment planning and patient education.
- Coordinate laboratory testing, prescriptions, supplements, and peptide orders.
- Develop and communicate patient wellness plans.
- Provide outstanding patient service while maintaining accurate documentation in our EMR and FREED.
- Collaborate closely with providers and team members to deliver an exceptional patient experience.
- Learn and become proficient in Reveal’s therapies, protocols, and clinical workflows.
- Ability to do injections and blood draws.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in integrative, functional, anti-aging, or longevity medicine is strongly preferred.
- Knowledge or experience with the following is a plus:
- Stem cell therapies
- Peptide therapies
- IV nutrient therapy
- Bioidentical hormone replacement therapy
- Vitamins and nutritional supplements
- UVBI (Ultraviolet Blood Irradiation)
- Ozone therapies
- Functional laboratory testing
- Cerbo EMR (preferred but not required)
