Position Overview:
Raden Wellness is looking for a dedicated and experienced Nurse Practitioner to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in functional medicine and have a strong background in IV therapies, ozone, peptides, and more. This role emphasizes one-on-one patient care, with a focus on delivering personalized health solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
Patient Care: Conduct thorough assessments, develop treatment plans, and provide one-on-one care to patients, ensuring a high standard of clinical practice.
Consultations: Educate patients about their health conditions, treatment options, and wellness strategies. Address patient concerns and answer questions with empathy and professionalism.
Documentation: Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, including progress notes and treatment plans, in compliance with legal and ethical standards.
Collaboration: Work closely with other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care and optimize treatment outcomes.
Continuous Learning: Stay current with advancements in integrative and wellness medicine to provide the best possible care.
Qualifications:
Education: Master’s degree in Nursing (MSN) from an accredited program.
Licensure: Current and unrestricted Nurse Practitioner (NP) license in IL
Experience: Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience, with proven proficiency in one-on-one patient care.
Skills: Excellent clinical skills, strong communication abilities, and a compassionate approach to patient care.
Certification: Current Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications preferred.
