We’re looking for a Medical Provider to join our expanding team.

What We’re Looking For:
We’re seeking a provider with a strong foundation in Primary Care, Hormone Therapy Replacement, Weight loss, and Wellness Medicine who is passionate about helping patients feel their best.
Preferred Experience:
- Primary Care: 5+ years
- Hormone Therapy: 2+ years
- Weight Loss: 2+ years
- Functional Medicine: 2+ years
Role Details:
Type: Part-time, Full-Time
Pay: $75–$90 per hour *mid-level * $110-$140 per hour *MD/DO*
Hours: 24 – 36 hours per week
Location: In-person Goodyear
