Position Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Functional Medicine Provider
to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in functional medicine,
experience with intra-articular injections, and a keen interest in precision medicine, including
peptides and hormone therapies. This is a full-time, in-person position that will involve direct
patient care and collaboration with our multidisciplinary team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive functional medicine consultations and follow-up care to patients.
  • Conduct intra-articular injections and other regenerative therapy procedures.
  • Develop personalized treatment plans focusing on precision medicine, including peptides and hormones.
  • Educate patients on functional medicine principles, lifestyle modifications, and preventive health strategies.
  • Collaborate with the medical team to integrate regenerative therapies into patient care plans.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of clinic protocols and best practices.

Qualifications:

  • Medical degree (MD, DO, NP, or PA) with a valid state license to practice.
  • Board certification or eligibility in functional medicine, integrative medicine, or a related field.
  • Experience with intra-articular injections and regenerative therapies is highly desirable.
  • Knowledge of precision medicine, including peptides and hormone therapies.
  • Strong commitment to patient-centered care and holistic health approaches.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
  • Commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
