Why We’re Hiring

Nutrition Nest opens in 2026, and this is a founding role on our clinical team. We are building the infusion program from the ground up: the protocols, the safety standards, the guest experience, and the way infusion therapy connects to each guest’s pathway and lab work. The nurse we hire will help define what it becomes. This is not stepping into an established department. It is the chance to help build one.

About the Setting

Circadium is the longevity clinic inside Nutrition Nest. You will move between guest infusions, pre treatment screening and lab review, and daily collaboration with the clinical nutrition team, health coaches, and wellness practitioners, all within the same space.

• Team structure: You will work as part of a founding clinical team alongside our clinical nutrition team, exercise physiology, and wellness practitioners, with physician oversight of infusion protocols and orders.
• Tools: We use Cerbo as our EHR, along with systems built in house specifically for our integrated wellness model, so you will have a voice in shaping the tools our team uses rather than adapting to someone else’s.
• Pace: Concierge and appointment based. As a founding hire, expect the energy of a launch, building alongside your team as guest volume and programming ramp up.

What You’ll Do

IV Therapy and Clinical Care (65%)

• Deliver safe, precise IV therapy and wellness infusions under approved protocols and physician orders, including peripheral access, IM injections, and micronutrient and hydration therapies.
• Screen each guest before treatment: review intake, medications, allergies, and current lab work, identify contraindications, and escalate to the clinical team when a plan needs to change.
• Monitor guests throughout treatment and respond confidently to adverse reactions or urgent medical needs.
• Document accurately and completely in Cerbo, and track outcomes so infusion therapy can be evaluated against measured markers.

Guest Education and Experience (20%)

• Provide concierge level guest care that feels calm, unhurried, and clinically excellent from arrival through discharge.
• Explain infusion components and the evidence behind them, answer questions with professionalism, and support genuine informed consent.
• Coordinate with the clinical nutrition team and wellness staff so infusion timing supports the guest’s pathway and program day rather than competing with it.

Readiness, Safety, and Program Development (15%)

• Manage IV supplies and inventory, cold chain and expiration control, equipment functionality, and emergency preparedness.
• Contribute to protocols, SOPs, and quality standards during pre opening and as the program grows.
• Stay current with emerging evidence in intravenous nutrient therapy and support continuing education initiatives across the clinical team.

Qualifications

Required:

• Active, unrestricted Georgia RN license, or a multistate compact license valid for practice in Georgia
• Current BLS certification
• At least 3 years of clinical nursing experience with a strong record of IV access and infusion administration
• Demonstrated competence in recognizing and managing infusion reactions and medical emergencies
• A collaborative mindset, comfortable working closely with nutritionists, coaches, and clinicians toward shared guest outcomes
• Commitment to personalized, root cause medicine and to practicing within the evidence

Preferred (not required):

• ACLS certification
• Formal IV hydration or infusion therapy training or certification
• Experience in integrative, functional, or longevity medicine
• Phlebotomy and specimen collection experience
• Comfort working with an executive level or high touch clientele
• Familiarity with functional lab work and biomarker informed care

Schedule & Work Life Details

• Full time
• Nutrition Nest is open 7 days a week, 8:30 AM to 6:30 PM
• Coverage includes a rotating weekend shift, with the exact rotation coordinated collaboratively within the clinical team; full-time, part-time, PRN available
• No on call or after hours expectations beyond scheduled shifts
